Get help

Use this when someone is going to help you with your computer.

Open FeuSh and press Compartir (Share). You’ll see:

  • An ID. It’s always the same for your computer.
  • A password. It’s new every time you share.

Give both to the person who’s going to help you. If it’s easier to say over the phone, FeuSh also gives you a 9-digit number that works instead of the long ID.

When they connect, FeuSh asks «¿Dejas entrar?» (Let them in?) and shows the name of the computer that wants to come in.

  • Press Permitir (Allow) only if it’s the person you’re expecting.
  • Press No if you don’t recognize it. Nothing will run.
  • If you don’t answer within 60 seconds, nobody gets in.

While they’re in, you’ll see every command before it runs and how it ended. Nothing happens on your computer without you seeing it.

The Registro (Log) tab keeps the list of who came in and what ran. It never keeps what the commands showed, so your data isn’t stored there.

When they’re done, stop sharing. Nobody can come in after that. You can also remove someone while they’re inside.

The next time you share, the password will be different.
